Our preferred digital audio file types are .mp3 and .wav files, but we accept virtually any digital audio file type. Here’s a list of other acceptable audio transcription formats:

If you need to send us hard copy recordings that you want transcribed, don’t worry! All hard copy audio files will be converted into a digital copy and made accessible for you to download in your secure online TranscriptionWing account. There is a small converting fee of $35 per recording. Please include one additional business day for audio processing when selecting your desired turnaround time.
