We email completed transcripts to the email address in your online account and we will also place them in your online Civicom account for future reference. Check out the features page for examples.

Transcribing from a digital audio file is much more efficient than cassette tapes, miniDVs, DVDs and other hard copy media because we have software that will optimize the recording. We have also built in efficiencies in our transcribing process using digital media, which is why we are able to offer such a low-cost, yet high quality transcription service to our clients. Our transcribers have been fully trained in this specialized software. Therefore, we must first convert the hard copy media into digital form before we begin transcribing. The good news is we offer two FREE digital recording solutions to all of our clients! Digital media not only saves you time and expense (shipping/converting), but it often yields a higher quality recording, which means a higher quality transcript will result!

Most hard copy media requires a real time conversion process. This means a 1-hour interview will take us 1-hour and 15 minutes to convert (the 15 minutes includes set up time and backing up the audio onto our system). Our audio-conversion rates are priced to simply cover our cost. Additionally, we offer two FREE digital recording solutions to all of our clients! This way you have an opportunity to skip the converting process, saving you a conversion fee, shipping fees (the tapes have to get to us some how J ) and the time it takes for the tapes to make it to our facility.

We have one of the easiest uploading tools around. Simply upload them directly to your online Civicom account. NO FTP SITE REQUIRE (cheers!). With two clicks of a mouse button your audio files are uploaded to an online account and automatically placed into our transcription queue. Check it out in our features section.

Absolutely! Just give us a call and walk us through the template and we'll make sure it gets done. We even have clients that use special software that helps them analyze and derive answers and statistics from their transcripts. A very specific format is required, but it yields our client amazing results, so we are happy to oblige!
